Spring is coming
Between May and September, there is little rain down here and temperatures between 30 and 40 Celsius are normal. It seems that nature has to hurry up now. Do what needs to be done well before summer starts. So, we have seen the first cherry trees blooming, and on a hiking tour through the hills around Paleochora yesterday, we took some pictures from what is happening out there.

We also picked a bucket of wild mountain sage – the Cretan one is famous for it’s intense aromas.
