Final hiking tour
On one of our last days in Paleochora, we did a nice day hiking tour through the hills around the area. Enjoying the early spring, breathing the still fresh air, and saying good-bye to the mystic places all around.

Another ferry night and we arrived on Crete. The first week we spent on “Como Beach”, right in the South, where we found a nice place for our van, just in front of the sea, and enjoyed just relaxing on the beach, the local Tavernas, and wonderful sunsets.

Bacause of the lockdown situation, we decided to continue in the southern parts of Crete, away from cities. Most places down here are very, very quiet, even in summer season, but now we are mostly on our own.
It has been a wonderful year. Full of impressions,thoughts, time for myself, family, friends, my partner. Time to relax and time to reflect. Time to learn, time to just be and try out new things. Yesterday we found an amazing place. It features a nice lonely spot for our van under a tree, a fantastic seaview, a little sandy bay just for us (we still go swimming daily), and a small village in walking distance for shopping.
